The ski resorts in Vorarlberg are among the best winter destinations in Austria and offer the right terrain for every skier. The ski resorts in Lech-Zürs and St. Anton am Arlberg/St. Christoph and Stuben as well as Warth-Schröcken are very well known among demanding skiers. They not only offer guaranteed snow and excellent piste conditions, but also a unique alpine atmosphere. With 300 km of pistes and 200 km of deep snow runs, Ski Arlberg is the largest interconnected and one of the most exciting ski regions in Austria.

The Damüls-Mellau-Faschina and Silvretta Montafon ski areas are among the best known and largest in Vorarlberg. Silvretta Montafon impresses with over 140 kilometers of pistes, modern lifts and a varied offer for beginners and professionals. The ski area also offers a number of challenges such as the Montafon Totale Ski, a 45 km ski circuit. Away from the pistes, there are numerous winter hiking trails, toboggan runs and cross-country ski trails.
