The valley in Salzburg's Pinzgau region has made a name for itself as the "Home of Lässig": Saalbach Hinterglemm hosts major events such as the Berg Festival and Rave on Snow, the White Pearl Mountain Days and Biker Mania. From February 4 to 16, Saalbach Hinterglemm will host the World Ski Championships 2025.

PS fans and lovers of big machines get their money's worth in the Murtal valley in Styria: the Red Bull Erzberg Rodeo is a fixed date in the calendar of every off-road fan (annually in May/June), with around 1,500 enduro riders from all over the world going full throttle for four days.
